1. Warranty Period
The product warranty period is one year after delivery.
2. Scope of the warranty
We will replace or fix the part of malfunction free of charge in case of our faulty product within warranty period. However, following cases are out of warranty.
(1) In case of inappropriate conditions, environment, or handling other than those confirmed in this document or in separately exchanged specification document
(2) When the cause of malfunction is due to a reason other than the delivered product
(3) In case of modifications or repairs conducted by those other than our company
(4) When the product is used in ways other than its intended usage
(5) For reasons unforeseeable at the level of science and technology available at the time of shipment
(6) Any other cause that is not the responsibility of our company, such as natural or other disasters
Furthermore, this warranty refers to the warranty of the product alone and not for any damage caused by the malfunction of the product.
3. Limitation of Liability
Regardless of the warranty period, we will not compensate for any accidents or damages caused by using this product.
4. Specifications Changes
The specifications of this machine and the contents described in this instruction manual are subject to change without prior notice as necessary for future improvement or other reasons.
5. Scope of Replacement or Repair
Service costs such as engineer dispatch are not included.
